Each one is engineered to your layout and interfaces with the machine you already have.

01 • Product transfer
Transfer car and cubing
A transfer car moves cured pallets from the racks to the de-moulding station, and the cubing unit stacks finished product ready for the yard. It removes the forklift trips that usually sit between curing and dispatch.

02 • Rack handling
Gantry loader and unloader
A gantry lifts full pallets off the machine into the curing rack and returns empty pallets to the press. This is the module that lets one operator run the wet side instead of three.

03 • Pallet circulation
Conveyor loop
A closed pallet circuit returns empty pallets from the de-moulding end back to the press. The machine never waits for a pallet, and nobody carries one.

04 • Whole line
Full automated cell
Batching, pressing, rack handling, curing and cubing under a single PLC, with every stage sized to the same cycle time. This is the configuration behind the fully automatic plant layouts.

05 • Material flow
Material handling loop
Aggregate and cement feed, the mixer and the pre-feed hopper, tied into the press cycle so the mix arrives at the rate the machine consumes it rather than in batches.

Layout A is the fully automatic plant. Batching and silos, the press, automatic rack loading and unloading, a curing chamber, de-moulding and cubing, all under one PLC. It suits a plant running two shifts where the people on the floor are running the line rather than moving pallets. Layouts B, B plus, C and C plus step down from it, trading automation for capital, and we will show you the one that fits your footprint and your curing method.
