OVERVIEW
A machine that can grow with the plant.
Two QGH 25A presses working as one plant off a shared feed, taking output to 23,000 to 24,000 bricks a shift. It costs less to run than two separate installations because the material handling, mixing and labour are shared.
COMMON FEATURES
Engineered for repeatable production.
Approximately 6% cement for M8 brick strength. 160 bar oil pressure held through the pressing cycle. Mould pressing without pressure loss. Optional pre-feed system and pan mixer. PLC based automatic operation.
